AMFA Miomir Udovicki Meets the New Chief of the NATO Military Liaison Office in Belgrade

Ambassador Miomir Udovicki, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Security Policy, talked with Brigadier General Lucio Batta, who took up the position of Chief of the NATO Military Liaison Office in Belgrade, on 13 February.

They exchanged views on the possibilities for further improvement of cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the North Atlantic Alliance through available mechanisms of the Partnership for Peace programme, as well as on the security situation in Kosovo and Metohija.

Ambassador Udovicki pointed out, in particular, the importance of preserving the undiminished role of the KFOR Mission as a guarantor of security for all inhabitants of Kosovo and Metohija.
