The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivan Mrkic congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank Walter Steinmeier on his re-appointment to that post. German Foreign Minister thanked Minister Mrkic by a letter in which he stated that last year Serbia made a historic progress in the EU integration process.

Minister Steinmeier expressed his belief that the Federal Republic of Germany would continue to strongly support the Republic of Serbia and be its friend and a reliable partner.
