During the talks, it was noted that the bilateral relations between the two countries were traditionally good, and a mutual interest was expressed for their further promotion, particularly in the field of economics. Emphasis was laid on the significance of the exchange of high-level visits, and the further development of parliamentary cooperation.

State Secretary Dr. Snezana Jankovic expressed her gratitude for the principled position of the Kingdom of Morocco concerning non-recognition of Kosovo's unilaterally declared independence, and expectation that the Moroccan side would continue to provide support to the preservation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
