Bilateral political and consular consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Montenegro were held in Belgrade on 27th November 2013 at the level of Assistant Foreign Ministers.

It was noted in the dialogue that the relations between the two countries were developing in the spirit of friendship and that the deepening of cooperation in all areas of mutual interest was expected. The talks were held in a constructive, open and cordial atmosphere.

The Montenegrin delegation was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic, who used the occasion to express his satisfaction with the level of cooperation between the two Ministries and the two countries.

It was noted that the consultations were successful and it was agreed that they should be conducted on a regular basis.
