Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic conferred today with the newly-appointed Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of Serbia Yousef Ahmad Abdulsamad. The Minister welcomed the Ambassador, wishing him success in performing his duties. It was jointly noted in the course of the cordial conversation, that the bilateral cooperation was highly developed, and that the relations between the two peoples had been traditionally friendly. Possibilities concerning further advancement of bilateral cooperation, particularly in the economic area, were discussed. Minister Mrkic expressed special gratitude for the support provided by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.
