The Republic of Serbia welcomes the agreement reached between P5+1 states (Russia, USA, PR China, UK, France and Germany) and Iran in Geneva, on 24 November 2013. We are convinced that the agreement reached is a significant step towards ensuring lasting peace and development of the region, where all countries should have a safe future. The adopted "Joint Action Plan" is the confirmation that a compromise solution to outstanding international issues may only be reached through diplomatic channels and dialogue.
