Final international exhibition “The Man. The River” opens at Collegium Hungaricum, Hungarian Cultural Institute in Vienna

slikaaaaa The final international exhibition of paintings by 18 artists from the Danube river countries named "The Man. The River." opened in the gallery of the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Vienna, Collegium Hungaricum. It has been on display in 9 countries so far (Novi Sad, April/May 2012). Mr. B. Stojanovic attended the opening ceremony on behalf of the Embassy of R. Serbia.

The artist from Serbia Jelena Trajkovic was present at this well-attended vernissage where the Hungarian Ambassador to Austria spoke, as well as Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the FRG to Austria, Joachim Ulmann from the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts of Baden-Wuerttemberg and curator Dr. Swantje Volkmann. In addition to the paintings of Jelena Trajkovic, the works of Serbian artist Biljana Stamenic were also presented.

The exhibition including 64 works of art on the Danube will be open until January 2013.
