Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivan Mrkic has arrived in New York, where, as a member of the delegation led by President of the Republic of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic, he will attend the 68th United Nations General Assembly session and debate next week.

Minister Mrkic will have a number of bilateral meetings with his Foreign Ministerial colleagues. Minister Mrkic will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davoutoglu, as well as the Foreign Ministers of Bulgaria, Georgia, Egypt, Oman - with whom he will sign an interstate agreement - the United Arab Emirates, Albania, OSCE Troika .... The Serbian Foreign Minister will also attend the meetings dedicated to nuclear disarmament and cooperation in South-East Europe.
