The "Cultural Nights" event, organized by the NGO "Furesti" in cooperation with the Municipality of Herceg Novi and the local Board of Tourism, was held for the fourth time in a row in Herceg Novi, on 27 July 2013. The event is traditionally organized at the end of July and employs all cultural potentials of Herceg Novi, through the concept where the whole resort comes to life and various scenic, musical and artistic events take place at a number of sites between 9 PM and 2 AM.
This year's event was opened by Consul General M. Jovicevic. In her speech she emphasized our current cultural activities, the importance of culture in general and in Herceg Novi in particular, as well as the past achievements of the "Cultural Nights".
