Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic received a farewell call from Ambassador of Italy Armando Varricchio.  In a very cordial and friendly conversation, Mrkic thanked Varricchio for fruitful cooperation. Mrkic said that Varricchio was a very successful ambassador to Serbia who left a deep imprint in this country and contributed very much to strengthening the bilateral relations between Serbia and Italy. Mrkic further said that Varricchio would be remembered by Serbs as a highly devoted and well intentioned Italian diplomat. Varricchio thanked Minister Mrkic, expressing his hope that, after his departure, the cooperation between Serbia and Italy would continue to strengthen.
