The Government of Serbia was represented by President of the Republic Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, MFA Ivan Mrkic and his wife, and the service was held by Serbian Patriarch Irinej. The funeral was attended by Greek and Bulgarian Kings Constantine and Simeon and their wives, the Princely couple from Romania, as well as the royal family representatives from Austria, Bahrain, Liechtenstein and Swaziland. Among the officials attending the ceremony were also President of the UN General Assembly V. Jeremic and President of the Republic of Srpska M. Dodik.
