The Serbian delegation to the Brussels talks was offered nothing out of the Ahtisaari plan or regulations of the self-proclaimed 'Republic of Kosovo', says to Danas Ivan Mrkic, Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs and participant of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue in Brussels.
Minister Mrkic says that "there is always the possibility of reaching agreement. However, the differences continue to be very substantial".
Asked by Danas about the points over which progress had been made, he replied that "agreements have been reached on the powers relating to education, healthcare, utilities and technical matters ".
In Minister Mrkic's opinion, "Chances are very thin, indeed, that we'll have the date in June, if there is no agreement with Pristina".
