During the CELAC - EU Summit in Santiago, Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkić, as a member of the delegation headed by President Tomislav Nikolić, had, in addition to his participation in the meetings of President Nikolić, a series of separate bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Latin America and Europe, including our neighbouring countries. Substantive discussions on topics of relevance for the improvement and further strengthening the relations between the two countries were held with the representatives of Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Poland, Ireland, Italy, Cyprus, Romania and Croatia.
