Former MFA V. Jeremic visited Kuwait in December 2009.
Former Prime Minister M. Cvetkovic visited Kuwait in March 2010.
Former President B. Tadic visited Kuwait in April 2011.
Economic relations:
The work of the Joint Committee for Economic and Technical Cooperation between Serbia and Kuwait (JC) was renewed from 23 - 25 March 2011 in Belgrade. The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) granted a 10 million Kuwaiti dinar loan to the Republic of Serbia for the implementation of the first stage of the Belgrade central railway station (the "Prokop" station) construction project.
From January to August 2013, Serbian exports amounted to € 434 thousand, and imports to € 489 thousand.
