In today's statement for Radio Free Europe, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ivica Toncev stressed that the Serbian path to EU had no alternative.

He underlined that this was a clear policy pursued by the Serbian leadership and that this should not be seen as a choice between the EU and Russia.

Furthermore, the State Secretary emphasized that Serbia and Russia fostered good, brotherly and friendly relations and that this should not change.
