First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today a courtesy call from James Kenneth Ayzaks, the U.S. candidate for the post of Director General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the elections to take place at the Special Session of the IOM Council, in Geneva, on 29 June 2018.

James Kenneth Ayzaks presented his previous experience related to field humanitarian work and migration, and asked for the support of the Republic of Serbia to his candidature.

In addition to the United States, Portugal and Costa Rica also have their candidates for this position.
