First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today Kishan Rana, former Ambassador of the Republic of India.

It was underlined in particular that the relations between the two countries were characterized by a traditional friendship, solidified during the Non-Aligned Movement, as well as that the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the two countries' bilateral relations would be observed in 2018.

Before the meeting, Ambassador Rana, Professor Emeritus at DiploFoundation, held a lecture at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in which he addressed its representatives and spoke about the experiences gained during his distinguished diplomatic career and also about the latest trends in the modern diplomatic practice.
