Tehran: "Purson" runs an interview with Ambassador Todorovic

Iranian website "Purson" published in Farsi, ran an interview with Ambassador Dragan Todorovic on bilateral relations between Serbia and Iran. Ambassador Todorovic emphasized that cultural diplomacy was one of the best ways to boost all other bilateral ties.

"We expect that a bust of Nikola Tesla, already installed, will be unveiled in Tehran soon. Moreover, we hope that the Serbian Corner in the National Library of Iran to which we donated 300 books will be opened soon", Ambassador Todorovic underlined adding that despite excellent political cooperation, trade cooperation was unsatisfactory. The expectation is that the existing problems related to the payments operations will be resolved at the next meeting of the Joint Economic Commission.
