Budapest: Serbian Business Night in Szeged

segedin 112017_1The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Csongrád County, based in Szeged, hosted its traditional Business Night, which was dedicated to Serbian business. At the traditional event of most prominent business people from the county, as a special guest, Serbia presented its traditional songs and dances as well as cuisine.

The attendants were addressed and welcomed by President of the CCI Pál Nemesi, Ambassador of Hungary to Serbia Attila Pintér and Serbian Ambassador to Hungary Rade Drobac. Ambassador Drobac expressed his gratitude for Serbia having been chosen as special guest and underlined the continuous development of political and economic relations between the two countries, as well as an exceptional cooperation between Hungarian entrepreneurs and those coming from both Vojvodina and other regions of Serbia.

The musical portion of the event included performance of a tamburitza band and sing and dance company from the town of Deszk, portraying southern and eastern Serbia's cultural panorama to the guests.
