Minister Ivan Mrkic will meet today with U.S. diplomat in charge of the Western Balkans, Philip Ricker, representative of Pristina Enver Hoxhaj, his Slovenian counterpart Karl Erjavec, OSCE Troika and Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, on the fringes of the UN General Assembly session, in New York.
