First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic sent today a message of condolences following the passing of Dragan Nikolic.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences at your sad loss.

Your husband has left his mark on an entire epoch in Serbian art. Many generations have drawn inspiration from his unfailing consummate and unique acting, as well as from his singular charm.

He will always remain etched in my fond memory; I am confident that the posterity will look up to him, not only for his acting excellence, but for his human qualities as well", the message says.
