Due to inaccurate reports appearing in various media, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, speaking at the conference "Yalta-Potsdam-Helsinki-Belgrade: In Search of Secure World Order", made no mention of Donbas at all, nor any other part of Ukraine for that matter, nor did he refer to it in connection with Kosovo.

On the contrary, Minister Dacic stressed the need for adherence to the principle of territorial integrity of all countries, including Ukraine and Serbia. Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic welcomed the arrival of US Secretary of State John Kerry, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and more than forty other Foreign Ministers to the OSCE Ministerial Council next week in Belgrade.
