First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Ernal Abdyldaev, on the fringes of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly.

The two sides exchanged opinions on bilateral relations and current issues on the OSCE agenda, with particular emphasis on the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan, to be held on 4 October, and the role of the OSCE/Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) in the observation of these elections.
