+ larger fontnormal font- Smaller font
japanOn behalf of the Government of Serbia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its gratitude to the Government of Japan for a 2 million-dollar grant to assist migrants and refugees coming to Europe by using the route through the Western Balkan countries. This humanitarian aid is primarily intended for Serbia and Macedonia and will be distributed through UNHCR, IOM and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

The Japanese Government has once again demonstrated exceptional solidarity and readiness to offer unselfish assistance in overcoming the consequences of the biggest refugee crisis Europe has seen since the end of the Second World War.
